In response to popular demand, we would like to inform you about the upcoming 3-day Change Management Training Programme we are organizing in St. Maarten on March 19^th to 21^st, 2025 in partnership with Prosci® Advanced Instructor, Erik Steketee.
 
Prosci is the global standard of Change Management. It is a unique methodology that is research-based and provides clear and straightforward steps and tools to manage the people side of change. With effective change management, you will increase the probability of achieving the desired business outcome dramatically.
