Xaigany has more than twenty years of experience providing Accounting and Auditing services to large, medium and small organizations in profit and non-profit industries. Xaigany started her career at a Big Four Audit Firm in Curacao and she also has extensive experience in providing professional service to the government owned and/or government related companies in Dutch Caribbean. She is a ‘Certified Public Accountant’ (CPA). She is a Director with multiple experience in Audit and Assurance related engagements and also Business Services and Outsourcing. She is responsible for the coordination and review of the work performed by the managers and staff on the assignment. She is also responsible for the timely execution of the engagement.
